Charles Thomas understands the game from the inside out—and the people who make it meaningful. With 17 years of professional playing experience and 20 years of coaching college athletes, Charles knows what it takes to compete, grow, and succeed. Just as importantly, he understands the decisions, challenges, and opportunities that shape an athlete's future.

At CR Sports Group, Charles is a trusted advocate for student-athletes and their families. He provides honest guidance, creates meaningful opportunities, and helps athletes make informed decisions with confidence—always keeping their goals, well-being, and long-term success in mind.

Ruben Reyna

Ruben

Ruben Reyna brings basketball experience, entrepreneurship, sales leadership, and NIL expertise to CR Sports Group. His basketball background spans high school, AAU, and Division I men's basketball, giving him firsthand insight into the experiences of student-athletes, coaches, and families.

Beyond basketball, Ruben has built a career in business consulting, sales, and operations, including helping lead a multimillion-dollar agricultural operation and developing strategic partnerships and growth strategies.

At CR Sports Group, Ruben combines his basketball, business, and NIL experience to help student-athletes and families understand their value, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions. His leadership is grounded in relationships, transparency, strategy, and execution.
